Drew came into the program with a severe, chronic quarter crack in his left front hoof that had gone without proper treatment for an extended period of time. X-rays show substantial deterioration to the left side of the coffin bone resulting from infection in the chronic crack. Due to this damage Drew has less structural support and will continue to require a patch over the area of the crack and/or a well placed shoe to prevent future reoccurrence of the crack even after healing. Our vets expect Drew will be sound with no limitations.

Drew has wonderful ground manners but will need a confident experienced rider.

**All potential adoptive homes must have an experienced farrier or podiatrist to manage Drew’s  feet. **

Thank you for your interest in adopting or fostering with NTWO. Please download a copy here and submit it to ntwoadoptions@gmail.com. Please indicate on your application if you are willing to take foster home placements.

There is space on the application to indicate the horse(s) you are interested in, if you are not sure which horse would best suit your needs, please share what you hope to do with the horse and our team can point you in the right direction. Adopters are encouraged to fill out an application as early in the process as possible to allow sufficient time to contact references. NTWO cannot place a hold on a horse. Adopters are encouraged to come to the farm and meet the horse(s) they are interested in. Adoptions without meeting the horse first will only be approved with extenuating circumstances.

We do our best to keep the horse listings as up to date as possible, but due to the volume of horses coming in, there is a delay. If you don't see anything yet that you think would suit you, please fill out an application so you can be notified first when a horse that would suits your needs arrives! Adopted horses will be tracked to ensure continued satisfactory care throughout their lives, resale is allowed.

Foster homes are required to have an approved Adoption Application on file.
